We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you are violating these acceptable use policies.
NextTouch offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Scale) with varying features and limits. Current pricing is displayed on our website. Founder pricing, where offered, is locked at the rate you signed up at for the duration of your continuous subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription begins when you complete your first payment. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Each plan includes specific limits on the number of active sequences per month and sending email accounts. These limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding your plan limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.
The NextTouch platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of NextTouch. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (quote details, email text, attachments). By using the Service, you grant NextTouch a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated email content created through the Service is yours to use as you see fit. NextTouch does not claim ownership over emails generated for your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextTouch and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including response rates, job closings, or revenue increases. Any projections or estimates shown on our website (including the ROI calculator) are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of performance.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled follow-up emails may be delayed but will be sent at the next available opportunity.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data, sequences, and email content from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
