What is Next Touch?
Next Touch is an AI-powered tool that automatically follows up on every quote you send — from your own email address, in your own voice, on whatever schedule you choose. You BCC one address when you send a quote. Next Touch reads it, writes personalized follow-up emails referencing the actual job, and sends them for you. When the client replies, you take over. Until then, Next Touch handles it.

The site visit. The measurement. The quote. Losing that $14,000 job because you forgot to follow up is brutal — and completely preventable.

Research shows 80% of homeowners hire the first contractor who follows up consistently — not the lowest price. You're losing to persistence, not to bids.

The longer a quote sits without follow-up, the colder it gets. Day 2 has a 47% reply rate. Day 10 has 31%. Day 25, you're still closing jobs nobody else would.
Three steps. No learning curve. Works from your phone.
Use our Quote Email Builder to upload your quote and generate a professional first email in seconds. Or write your own.

From the founder
I've spent years studying how AI and automation are reshaping the way businesses win clients and close deals. And the same thing kept bothering me — the technology that actually works is locked inside enterprise software that costs thousands a month and takes a team to run.
Meanwhile, the guy fixing your roof or replacing your HVAC sends a quote, waits, and loses the job to whoever followed up twice. Not because he did worse work. Not because he charged more. Because he was busy doing the actual job and didn't have a sales team behind him.
That's a tooling gap, not a skill gap. Next Touch is my answer to it — bringing the kind of automated, intelligent follow-up that enterprise companies pay a fortune for, and putting it in the hands of the contractors who actually need it.
The best contractor should win the job. Not just the one who remembered to send a follow-up email.

Got questions?
How does the BCC trigger work?
BCC send@usenexttouch.com when you send a quote. Next Touch reads that email, extracts the job details, and generates a personalized follow-up sequence. The emails land in your Approvals tab — you review, approve, and they go out from your own inbox automatically. Nothing sends without your say-so on Starter. Pro and Scale users can set it to fully automatic.
Will my clients know the follow-ups are automated?
No. Every follow-up is written specifically for that job — it references the client's name, the scope of work, and the quote details. It comes from your real email address. There's no "Sent via Next Touch" tag. To the client, it reads exactly like you personally typed it and hit send.
What if they reply before the next follow-up goes out?
The sequence stops immediately — automatically. The moment a reply hits your inbox, Next Touch detects it and cancels all scheduled follow-ups for that thread. You get notified and take over from there. No accidental follow-ups after someone's already responded.
Is my Gmail or Outlook account safe?
Yes. Next Touch connects via OAuth — the same secure authorization used by apps like Calendly, Zoom, and Slack. We never see your password. We're only granted permission to send emails on your behalf, and only for the sequences you create. You can revoke our access at any time directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings — no need to contact us.
Will these follow-ups get flagged as spam?
No — because they're sent from your own email address, not from a bulk-sending platform. Spam filters flag unfamiliar senders. When Next Touch sends a follow-up, it comes from you, to someone who already received a quote from you. That's a warm, expected conversation — not a cold blast.
Can I edit the emails before they send?
Yes, always. Every generated sequence lands in your Approvals tab first. You can read through each email, edit the wording, change the tone, or remove a specific touch entirely. On Starter, approval is required before anything sends. Pro and Scale users can also toggle full automation once they trust the output.
Does it work if my quote is a PDF attachment?
Yes. Next Touch can read PDFs, images (photos of handwritten estimates, screenshots), and Word documents. As long as the quote is attached or the details are in the email body, the AI will extract what it needs to personalize the follow-ups.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no hoops. If you cancel within your first 30 days, you get a full refund — no questions asked. After that, you're billed monthly and can cancel before your next billing date. Your data stays accessible until your subscription ends.
Last chance before you close this tab
You're already sending quotes. You're already doing the work.
The only question is whether those silent quotes stay silent — or start closing.
